Neighbors Link was proud to take part in the Suzanne Grant Volunteer Day for our Family Fun Day at our Mount Kisco center. The day was filled with fun activities, like bouncy castles, painted bird houses, arts and crafts, movement rooms, face painting, and much more. We also welcomed our partners from Fidelis and Northern Westchester Hospital who took blood pressure screenings and distributed information about health related resources. A special thank you to our Fox Lane High School volunteers, who brought enthusiasm and ensured the day ran smoothly. Suzanne Grant was a deeply loved member of the Neighbors Link family and this day is such a special way to honor her legacy.

“Suzanne was a beloved community member, someone who was a strong supporter of the Neighbors Link. She was a woman of service,” Deputy Director Jeanette Gisbert recalled. “We have over 820 volunteers that support our mission year-round and over half of those are high schoolers, and so the idea of having young people come into our space for a special day like this, there’s a lot of synergy there.”
